I raided Sheryl's DI bags and found these cowboy boots that Jojo absolutely fell in love with. I don't know what it is, but I think it's SO STINKIN' CUTE how much a loves them. He wears them to school, church, and yes, even first thing in the morning with his jammies. AWWWW!

Dude, where's my car?
Gabers was playing with a motorized car track set today. I walked away and moments later he was crying. I couldn't find his car, and he couldn't articulate his problem.
Oh, wait, look! There it is. See it?Here, now can you? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Poor Mupp. That hair can be somewhat of a curse.

Our Thanksgiving...
For more than 6 years Jeff has been grilling whole turkeys. They are deeeeelish. And the great part is that they cook in about 3-4 hours rather than the 6-8 hours it takes in an oven.
This year the big 'ole bird was cooking up beautifully.... until it happened. 20 minutes before it was done, there was a grease fire, or that's what we assume because we never saw it. Maybe some mean person sneaked into our backyard with a blowtorch or some accelerants and torched it. I guess we'll never know.
Our Thanksgiving ham was delicious.

New Moon
I resisted the bandwagon as long as could, but when my friends were squealing with delight and came to pick me up, I decided to jump aboard for the fun... and it always is!
Some of my friends bought twilight themed shirts, but since I'm too cheap and don't care enough to spend the money, I decided to be festive and gave myself a vampire bite mark.
Here we are some of us at dinner. Chrissy showed up with a cardboard cutout! HAHAHAHA! It was hilarious, and I'm sure the other restaurant patrons were thoroughly annoyed.
We waited in line for a little over an hour. It's really a big part of the fun, since spending time talking is one of our favorite things to do. We waited about an hour and we had good seats.
We bestowed the "Edward" to Vashti (who joined us after a performance in her Hillcrest HS musical- stage make-up and all!) as a keepsake of the evening.
Even though I think the whole Twilight Saga craze is sometimes a little exaggerated, it really is so much fun to giggle and hang out with my friends. I LOVE YOU!!!!!!

MUPP
This is the hair that has earned this child the new nickname of Mupp. This floppy flyaway mop of hair looks just like a muppet's when he's running around the house or singing to himself and bobbing his head back and forth.
Do you think we'll still be calling him Mupp when he's in High school?
